Description and pricing

Detailed descriptions and prices of the virtual office packages are published on this website. All prices are stated in Serbian dinars (RSD).

Currency conversion

All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Service activation

Following successful payment, our team will contact the customer to arrange the signing of a virtual office services agreement. Access to the purchased virtual office package will be activated within 24 hours of signing the agreement, and activation details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Cancellation and complaints

Users wishing to cancel a subscription or raise a complaint regarding a purchased service may contact us at office@novaiskra.com or +381 66 282 901.

If you have completed payment but did not receive a confirmation email, or if you are unable to access your virtual office package after activation, please contact us immediately at office@novaiskra.com or +381 66 282 901, including your order number and the date of payment. We will investigate and respond within 2 business days, and resolve the issue by restoring access, reissuing your confirmation, or processing a refund where appropriate.

Recurring payments

By purchasing a virtual office package, the customer agrees to recurring monthly billing. The initial payment covers a one (1) month period of service. Following this period, a new payment for the same amount will be automatically charged to the same payment card every month, for as long as the subscription remains active. The customer may cancel future recurring payments at any time, subject to the cancellation terms described above.

Refunds

In the event of a cancellation or refund to a customer who has previously paid by one of the payment cards, partially or in full, and regardless of the reason, NOVA ISKRA DIZAJN INKUBATOR is obligated to carry out the refund exclusively through the VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex, and Dina payment methods, meaning that the bank will, at our request, carry out the refund to the cardholder's account.

Payment security

When entering payment card data, confidential information is transmitted over the public network in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as the currently most advanced cryptographic technology. The security of data during purchase is guaranteed by the card payment processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is carried out on the bank's pages. At no point is payment card data accessible to our system.

VAT

NOVA ISKRA DIZAJN INKUBATOR is registered for VAT. Prices displayed on this website do not include VAT — VAT is calculated and added separately at checkout, and there are no hidden costs.

Acceptance of terms

By completing checkout and confirming payment, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
